Louisville, KY, January 28, 2010 – Brown-Forman’s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share on its Class A and Class B Common Stock. Stockholders of record on March 8, 2010 will receive the cash dividend on April 1, 2010.
Recently Brown-Forman was recognized by Standard & Poor’s for consistently increasing its cash dividend every year for over 25 years and was added to the prestigious S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrats Index. Brown-Forman has paid regular quarterly cash dividends for 64 consecutive years.
