Diversity and Inclusion

We believe having a diverse workforce honors the wealth of unique experiences that each of us brings to work and respects our differences as people. Inclusion unleashes the power of diversity by creating a culture that empowers each individual to fully express themselves, feel comfortable being who they are, and contribute their talents to the business. We realize that both of these efforts are ongoing and strive to continue our mission at Brown-Forman by promoting diversity, educating our workforce and creating a culture of inclusion.

Brown-Forman developed a Diversity and Inclusion task force to study and provide perspective on what would be needed inside our company to increase our ability to attract and retain the best talent from a changing labor pool. The Task Force is developing work norms and redefining roles to leverage our employee's diverse talents and develop communications to ensure awareness of our initiatives.
